Welcome to A Hot Piece of Glass!

WELCOME to my colorful corner of the world! I write here about the things I make, in glass, fiber, metals, and whatever else I can find to play with!

**And if you want to read more about me, check out Adventures In Living!, my personal blog, or The ScooterMom, where I write about my adventures on two wheels! If you're interested in medieval, ancient and Renaissance glass, check out my history blog, The Medieval Glassworker!**

Sneaky

I can't show you the WHOLE THING yet, but here is a sneak preview of ONE of the pieces I am making for the Bead Soup Blog Party kicking off this month!

I had enough materials to make two pieces, so I am working out the design for the second one right now....

This is going to be so much fun!

I popped to your site and saw the pic and I said to myself, "That is our beads". How cool is that! I seriously can't wait to the big reveal! I hope you had as much fun as we did with our stash!

Looking good! The wild flowers are gone and the grasses are turning brown where I live, so to see these beautiful green beads makes me yearn for Spring again!!

And I found another glass class that starts this weekend. Thank you for your inspiration, and encouragement, Christine :) I'm really excited about making some hot pieces of glass!!
